You answer these questions in a friendly and competent manner and solve possible problems independently or prepare more complex requests.

• Advising our customers on questions regarding our software solutions
• You document and analyze the problem reports of our customers
• You organize and coordinate appointments for our customers
• You support in project management
• You take inquiries from customers and prepare them for further processing
• You take care of customer satisfaction

• a completed commercial apprenticeship or a similar qualification
• Ability to make phone calls
• you are proficient in the common Microsoft Office applications
